During a visit to Bangkok, Thailand, Patricia Rijo, Bio.Natural coordinator, ECTS international coordinator, and CBIOS vice-director for Internationalization & Strategic Networks, actively pursued a robust partnership with Chulalongkorn University. Engaging in discussions with Dr. Warinthorn Chavasiri, they explored joint research initiatives and student exchange programs. The Center of Excellence in Natural Product (CENP) Chemistry at Chulalongkorn University presents a strategic opportunity for collaboration and network expansion.
The fruitful meeting included plans for future student and teacher mobility, a "double degree" with the Bio.Natural master's program, and the signing of an associate partnership agreement for Bio.Natural EMDM.

Additionally, Patricia Rijo and Vera Isca served as moderators and speakers at the "3rd International Conference on Cancer Science and Therapy" in Bangkok, Thailand, on May 6th and 7th. In alignment with the Bio.Natural project, they presented the latest advancements in Natural Products Research and their potential applications as therapeutics.
