The InovafitoBrasil Summit 2024 took place on november 21-22, 2024, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This event brought together industry representatives, government officials, entrepreneurs, and scientists from various countries, organized by the Brazilian Society of Pharmacognosy and Biominas Brazil. Patricia Rijo attended the summit, which focused on exploring innovation, business opportunities, and trends in phytotherapeutic medicines in Brazil.

During a visit to Bangkok, Thailand, Patricia Rijo, Bio.Natural coordinator, ECTS international coordinator, and CBIOS vice-director for Internationalization & Strategic Networks, actively pursued a robust partnership with Chulalongkorn University. Engaging in discussions with Dr. Warinthorn Chavasiri, they explored joint research initiatives and student exchange programs. The Center of Excellence in Natural Product (CENP) Chemistry at Chulalongkorn University presents a strategic opportunity for collaboration and network expansion.

Barcelona, February 2, 2024 - The second face-to-face meeting of the BioNatural project, aimed at revolutionizing the study of natural bioactives chemistry, unfolded successfully at Ramon Llul University from January 31st to February 2nd. With key members of the consortium in attendance, the gathering provided a unique opportunity to advance the project's goals and strengthen collaborations among partner institutions.

From November 8th to 10th, 2023, the Universidade Lusófona in Lisbon hosted the highly anticipated kickoff meeting for the BioNatural project. This meeting marked the commencement of an ambitious venture aiming to revolutionize the field of natural product chemistry.
